Yoga class is a special place for me. It's my sanctuary. It's gotten me through some really rough times. When I was first dealing with Lyme disease, before I knew what was creating so much havoc inside of me, yoga kept my body moving in a gentle way. It felt spiritual. I remember my first yoga class and the instructor ending our practice our hands pressed together pressed to our hearts and everybody repeating namaste'... meaning, the Devine in you honors the Devine in others...we are all connected. I was sold.
